Exotito Terms and Conditions — Malaysia Platform Usage Guidelines

Important: By registering for or using exotito's services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. 1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Exotito conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and fraud prevention. This is an industry standard and nothing that honest members need to be concerned about.

You may be required to submit the following documents at any time, particularly before your first withdrawal or when certain transaction limits are reached:

• Valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (if required)
• Any additional documents requested by the exotito compliance team

Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal capability until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Exotito accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

Regarding Deposits:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, exotito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Exotito's total liability to any member in any situation shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 90 days prior to the claim arising.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
